Wake Up and Go to Sleep

Greetings My Precious Ones.

Take off your sunglasses, which blind you from the Truth! And then, “Off with Your Head!” That’s right – take both your hands, rip that sucker off your torso and drop kick it straight through the uprights of illusion. He shoots – he scores! One more victory for Truth.dream_hed.jpg

So, what are you left with? As you stand there watching your skull tumbling off into the vast expanse of space, take a second to ponder this: How is it that you can be looking at your head while it is detached from your body? The truth is that we are not the body - we are Soul, an individual spiritual entity with a unique viewpoint.

It is customary in our society to discount dreams as being only imaginary occurrences without real value. How many times have we heard the expression “It’s only a dream”. In fact, every experience we have is real - it is only our lack of complete awareness during the dream state, which makes them seem unreal.

So, Wake Up and Go to Sleep.

In ancient times families would discuss their dreams among themselves. They were viewed as guideposts, providing answers to real life problems, perhaps giving warning regarding impending answers and insights into our inner beings as spiritual beings.

They were not discounted; they were valued, analyzed and appreciated. The messages contained therein were applied to help and guide them in their everyday lives.

Some dreams are literal and some are symbolic. It is a common misconception that others can interpret our dreams. This is a fallacy (with the exception of the few hallowed, hippity-hop, tickadee-boo, exalted, Mega-Saints such as myself). For example, lets say that several people have a dream experience in which the symbol of heart plays a prominent role. To one it means Love, to another anguish, perhaps freedom or hope and to yet another, heartbreak. The list of possible meanings goes on and on.
Keep a Dream Book and a lamp by your bed – program yourself before you go to sleep to wake up immediately and write it down. Then, go back to sleep.
Later on, read what you have written and remove all the useless words such as “the”, “and”, “to”, etc.

Make a vertical list of all the remaining keywords, which are, in fact, your own set of personal “hidden” symbols. Now, play what is known as an instant word association – as you read each keyword (symbol) write down the first word that pops out of your puny, paltry, and imperfect mind. Over time, as you record your dreams, a pattern will emerge and you will recognize how certain words always evoke specific and repeated meanings which are in fact your own personal symbols.

Once you have recorded enough of your dreams go back and substitute the “associated” words in your original recordings. You will be surprised by the “hidden” meanings of your dreams after doing this.

Congratulations! You have now found a way to tap into your subconscious and interpret your own dreams.

Now you can deal with your nightmares more effectively and prepare your self for an onslaught of daymares.

May the Spirit be with You in All Ways.
