THE RULES
These are your forums — please use them like you would treat your best friend — with love and respect.

These forums are not a vehicle for personal attacks –- even if you think the person ‘deserves it.’ If someone violates the rules by attacking you, please report them or ignore them. Retaliating with a counterattack is not a valid option. It only leads to disharmony and makes it unpleasant for everyone, as well as being disruptive. Please remember that responding to a personal attack is as much against the rules as making the initial personal attack.

We require you not to post any material that you know is, or that we deem to be, false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, racist, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, threatening, invasive of personal privacy, copyrighted or in violation of Canadian law.

We also require you to not post spam of any kind. Spam includes –- but is not limited to –- advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes and solicitations. Those who ignore this rule will be removed promptly, and will be banned from further use of this site.

We strictly prohibit pornography, links to pornography, Warez information and links to Warez sites.

We require you to refrain from publishing information that is private and personal. We do not permit posting the same post in more than one forum.

We require you to abide by our wishes in interpreting and enforcing of these rules. Our decisions are final; we will not discuss these matters further.

THE CONSEQUENCES OF BREAKING RULES
For minor problems, you will be asked by us to chill a bit. It would be wise to heed these cautions. For threads that have gotten off track, posts may be edited or deleted, and a more serious warning will be issued. To continue in the same manner after such a warning has been posted will result in instant deletion of posts without explanation, and possibly the removal or locking of the thread. Please do not complain about your post being edited or deleted. It will only resort in us considering banning you from our forum.

Posting pornography or warez links will result in an automatic deletion of your account.

For persistent and deliberate rule-breakers, you may be banned, either temporarily or permanently. If you return under a different username or ISP, you will be banned again. If this continues, we will contact your service provider.

If you feel that you have not received a proper response to your Report, or that your post has been unfairly edited or deleted, or you’re just plain unhappy and not going to take it anymore, you may contact us through our contact form.
