Experience the cuisine of Chef Rod Butters at his award winning Fresco Restaurant & Lounge in the heart of British Columbia’s Wine Country. Fresco opened its doors in 2001 to critical acclaim. It is located in the heart of the vibrant cultural & restaurant district in downtown Kelowna.

The concept of Industry was developed by three of Kelowna’s premier bartenders Dave, Ty and Lucky in 2004. An environment that was casual but sexy, intimate yet conversational, relaxed and definitely fun.
After years of planning and searching for the right location to launch their vision they came across the Prestige Hotel, a room which encompassed the name Industry with natural woods, wrought iron gates and exposed stone finishing.
The challenge with the menu was to bring dishes to the guest that have not been seen before yet not get scared away with fancy names and obscure flavors. Their vision celebrates the simplicity of cooking by matching flavors that naturally complement one another. The dishes are infused with many spirits, oils and worldly ingredients when combined are not only pleasing to the eyes but the palate as well.

Downtown, Across from the sails and the Waters Edge, The Rotten Grape offers a unique food and wine experience, merging casual sophistication with an upbeat metropolitan style. Bar height tables, rock walls, warm atmosphere and cool music come together to create an intimate and inviting setting.

Spoon Struck is an eatery offering global cuisine ready to go to take out or eat in.
Spoon Struck is created out of the vision to create a magical "spoon struck" kitchen. We offer daily about 8 - 10 hot entrees served in steam tables, 2 soups, specialty sandwiches, salads, desserts, coffee and tea. Our hot entrees comprise of Thai, East Indian and Malay meat and meatless curries and European, Mexican, Mediterranean and Moroccan meat and meatless entrees. Many of our dishes are vegan and glutenfree.
Our vision is to serve exciting, flavorful and healthy home made foods with speed and convenience in a clean and welcoming environment.
We also offer frozen entrees, soups and desserts you can stock up for the day that they can come in handy.

The Wild Apple Restaurant wins Kelowna's First Annual Best Restaurant Burger Competition which was was held on Sunday June 21, 2009 at Waterfront Park.
The 'Smoke on the Water BBQ Competition' attracted many entries and oodles of observers but after all was cooked and tasted, the Wild Apple garnered the crown with their 'Wild Buffalo Burger' ~ tender bison beef with a spicy mango ketchup, harissa mayo and tangy red slaw, on a fresh baked brioche bun.
