We are the U-16 Kelowna Magic Select team from Kelowna, British Columbia. WE play in the T.O.Y.S.L.(Thompson Okanagan Youth Soccer League), against cities like Penticton, Vernon and Kamloops. We are the defending Interior Cup Champions, and did very well at provincials last year, playing in one goal games. We only lost one tournament last year, out of 5 or 6. We are a travelling team, and like to go to tournaments, and exhibition games around the pacific coast. This year, we travel to Portland, Oregon, for a couple games and a fun trip away from home. We will also travel to many tournaments in the lower mainland (Vancouver and area) and also some right here in the Okanagan.

Throughout April to August the Kelowna Women’s Soccer League emphasizes a fun, social environment where women of any age can improve their soccer skills and compete at their desired level. Consisting of four open divisions and a Masters division for over 30's. Together with community sponsorship, we are proud to promote and develop women’s soccer in Kelowna.

Lake Country Youth Soccer Association is dedicated to the promotion of Soccer in our community. We will strive to offer opportunities for all Lake Country children to play Soccer in the most nurturing and developmental program that we can create. We will promote fair play, sportsmanship and unity with all of our teams, coaches and officials. We will also work in cooperation with the Central Okanagan Youth Soccer Association to promote these same values throughout our entire region.

WYSA is a Member of the Canadian Soccer Association (CSA) through its membership in BCSA & COYSA. As such, we must balance our community based program with our obligation to follow CSA's directives on player & program development. CSA has done extensive research into why Canada is not doing well in the World of soccer and has compiled its findings and set forth a new direction for clubs to follow in order to enhance program & player development in Canada.
