Cross Country BC (CCBC) is the sport governing body for cross country skiing in British Columbia. As such the Association partners with the other provincial/territorial sport governing bodies for cross-country skiing and together they constitute a national sport organization – Cross Country Canada.

Cross Country BC is an incorporated, non-for-profit, club-based Association of 14,000 members.

Nickel Plate Nordic Centre, is located in the scenic Okanagan Valley, just 45 minutes from downtown Penticton. It boasts 65 km of groomed trails for both classic and skate skiing, as well as, well marked backcountry and snowshoe trails. At 6000 feet elevation we enjoy one of the longest ski seasons in the western hemisphere, with trails for all abilities.

Orchard Country Ski Club was founded in 1972 by an enthusiastic group of Kelowna skiers. We are a registered non-profit organization in B. C., run by volunteers. There is a mix of singles and couples who enjoy sports and activities all year round. We have both avid and occasional skiers and snowboarders of all abilities. Some even join for other sports and events. Our club is about having fun, meeting people, and making new friends.
