Helping Youth and Families in crisis to make sense, find meaning and move forward with a renewed sense of hope for the future.
Reach Out Youth Counselling and Family Services, a registered non-profit society, has been providing counselling and support for youth and families in Kelowna and area for over fifteen years.
Youth and young adults, ranging in ages 13 to 25 years, and their parents come to Reach Out for help in coping with their personal problems. Common areas of concern for our clients include self-esteem, depression, anxiety and stress, addictions, anger, conflict within the family, grief, relationships and more.
Clients are referred to Reach Out by a number of sources, including Central Intake of Kelowna General Hospital, family doctors, friends, peers and family members. We offer individual on-site counselling, mobile counselling, group and workshop sessions, parent and family support programs and special events to meet the concerns of youth and their families.
